Forchette Long Sconce

The FORCHETTE LONG SCONCE, composed of a single lithe brass arm that supports a hand cast porcelain or solid brass shade, articulates at the neck on a spring mounted hinge to offer a variety of positions for directional light.
The FORCHETTE series is inspired by a collaboration with ceramicist Andrew Molleur, as well as the clustered, asymmetrical arrangements of barnacles in nature.
